The Working Group offers a forum for exchanging ideas and reflecting on the issue of parallel proceedings.
HCCH Draft Text of a Future Convention
In November 2025, the Hague Conference on Private International Law issued the HCCH Draft text of a future convention on parallel proceedings and related actions (‘the Draft Convention’). The HCCH has launched a public consultation seeking comments on the Draft Convention.
The Working Group has drafted a Position Paper commenting on the Draft Convention, which was submitted to the HCCH at the end of January 2026. The final version of the Position Paper can be downloaded here.
