Mission statement
The Working Group offers a forum for exchanging ideas and reflecting on the private international law issues surrounding carbon markets. The immediate goal of the Working Group is to prepare for the participation of EAPIL in the Experts’ Group on the private international law issues arising from Carbon Markets which the Council on General Affairs and Policy of the Hague Conference on Private International Law decided to establish in 2025.
