, ,

Gralf-Peter Calliess and Moritz Renner have edited the fourth edition of Rome Regulations: Commentary published by Wolters Kluwer.

The volume provides an article-by-article analysis of the three Rome Regulations and takes account of developments that have occurred since the publication of the previous edition in 2020. These include recent case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union on key provisions of the Regulations, the implications of Brexit for EU–UK private international law relations and the growing relevance of economic sanctions in the field of conflict of laws.
