New Edition of Bogdan and Pertegas’ Concise Introduction to Private International Law

, ,

Europa Law Publishing has recently published the fifth edition of the Concise Introduction to EU Private International Law written by Michael Bogdan (University of Lund) and Marta Pertegás Sender (Maastricht University and University of Antwerp).

The fifth edition of this concise book is mainly intended to be used as an introduction to the rules of private international law belonging to the legal system of the European Union. It provides legal practitioners with an overview of this highly complex field of law and can serve as an introductory textbook in elective undergraduate courses and master programs on EU law offered by many law schools both to their own students and to exchange students.

The first edition, by Michael Bogdan alone, dates back to 2006.
