New Book on the Requirement of Internationality in Private International Law
Paola Nabet, who is a senior lecturer at the University of Metz/Lorraine, is the editor of a book on the requirement of internationality in private international law (L’internationalité du litige – de l’élément d’extranéité en droit international privé).
The book, which was published with Legitech earlier this year, collects the proceedings of a conference hosted in Metz in 2022.
The contributors include Barbara Palli, Clémentine Legendre, Gilles Cuniberti, Jean-Luc Vallens, Marie Fernet, Natalie Joubert and Olivier Cachard.
They discuss the requirement of internationality from the perspective of contract law in general, torts, family law, labour law, arbitration, customs and insolvency.
