Mission statement
The Working Group was set up for the purposes of a preparing a response on behalf of the European Association of Private International Law to a public consultation launched by the European Commission on the European Enforcement order.
Outcome
The Working Group eventually produced a Position paper that the Association submitted to the European Commission on 20 November 2020.
