Opening of the Third Edition of the EAPIL Winter School

The third edition of the EAPIL Winter School has started today in Como.

Introduced by Silvia Marino, the course kicked off with an opening address by the President of the European Association of Private International Law, Gilles Cuniberti.

The latter also delivered a keynote speech on Methods in Private International Law: Protecting People and Values.

More than 30 young scholars and practioners are attending this year’s edition of the Winter School, coming from 12 countries.

The Winter School is organised by the University of Insubria in cooperation with the University of Murcia and the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
