About the blog

Apart from providing news on the European Association of Private International Law and its activities, the EAPIL blog reports on developments relating to private international law that are of interest for the European Union and European States, generally, whether they concern normative texts, case law or scholarship. Scientific events, call for papers and similar initiatives relating to private international law are regularly announced. Key developments concerning non-European States are also covered.
